Radovan Karadzic captured

The capture of the Bosnian Serb war crimes suspect Radovan Karadzic has been largely welcomed by the international community.

It may result in his transfer to the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, where an indictment has been prepared and there is a summary of the issues around the cases of Karadzic and Mladic.

More on the Karadzic case via the Hague Justice Portal, which includes court documents, reference sources and other information.

Global Voices Online is tracking reaction in the blogosphere to the arrest of Karadzic.
